Day = Twenty-four (24) hour rental, from the time the customer leaves the stare.

Half Day = Four (4) hours or less, from the time the customer leaves the store. Half Days should be charged at the "Half Day/Additional Day" rate.

Weekly Rates: One (1) full-day rental plus additional days at the "Additional-Day" rate.

Late Returns: An charge of $10.00 will apply to gear not returned by closing time on the last rental day. If unreturned gear causes us to lose a new rental a charge equal to 1 day's rental will apply.

Damage Deposit: A valid, signed credit card voucher is required prior to rental pickup. This voucher is returned to the customer when un-damaged items are returned to The Trailhead.

Reservations: We require a one day rental fee in advance in order to confirm any reservations. This fee will not be returned for no-shows. We have a 24-hr cancellation policy.

Group Rates: For groups of ten (10) or more people with a coordinator making one (1) payment, a 10% discount is given for the entire reservation.
